By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Terms of Service
The terms that apply to your access to and use of SynapsQ.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Subscription and Billing
Paid features are billed in advance and are subject to the pricing and usage limits described in your subscription. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. Organization administrators can review available subscription and cancellation controls in Billing settings. Where an external agreement or billing arrangement requires manual handling, follow that agreement and contact the billing administrator or legal@synapsq.com. Review the displayed effective date before confirming cancellation. Deactivating an individual account is not subscription cancellation, and cancellation does not itself delete data.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access unauthorized data, interfere with operations, or violate applicable laws and regulations.
Data and Content
You retain ownership of your data. You grant SynapsQ the rights necessary to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the Services.
Intellectual Property
The Services, software, and related materials are owned by SynapsQ and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Reporting and AI Outputs
Reports, automated mappings, assessments, and AI-generated explanations depend on the information supplied and the configuration selected. A successful connection or completed job does not independently establish that source data is complete, current, or accurate. Review material outputs and exceptions before relying on them or sending them to others. Product guidance and automated outputs are not a substitute for qualified legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an output is appropriate for its intended use.
Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party tools. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, and SynapsQ is not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynapsQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, your access ends, and data retention follows your plan settings and legal requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
